By purchasing and participating in the 3 Day to VA Workshop (“Workshop”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Access

Participants will receive lifetime access to the Workshop materials. Access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Intellectual Property

All Workshop materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and slides, are the sole property of Let’s Get Social Agency, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the materials for any purpose beyond personal use.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results (such as obtaining clients or earning income) from participation in this Workshop. Your success depends on your own effort, skills, and actions.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any Participant from the Workshop for inappropriate or disruptive behavior, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Let’s Get Social Agency, LLC is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the Workshop.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida.
