By purchasing and participating in Digital Product in a Day (“Program”) and/or the AI-Powered Prompts (“Add-On”), you (“Participant”) agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase. Absolutely NO refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Access

Participants will receive lifetime access to the program materials. Access is for the purchaser only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

3. Intellectual Property

All mini-course materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and slides, are the sole property of Let’s Get Social Agency, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share the materials for any purpose beyond personal use.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific results (such as generating sales, creating a profitable product, or earning a specific income) from participation in the Program or use of the Add-on. Your success depends on your own effort, skills, and actions.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to revoke access to the Program if a Participant engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unethical behavior, without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Let’s Get Social Agency, LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your participation in the Program or use of the Add-on.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida.
