TERMS OF USE
The Pin Method (TPM)
By checking the box next to these Terms of Use and clicking the “Complete My Purchase” button, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to purchase and participate in The Pin Method (“Program” or “TPM”) offered by Let’s Get Social Agency, LLC (“LGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You understand that by enrolling, you are voluntarily entering into a legally binding agreement with Let’s Get Social Agency under the following terms and conditions.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Client understands and agrees that they are purchasing The Pin Method (TPM), a self-paced online Pinterest marketing course designed to teach creators, affiliates, influencers, service providers, ecommerce brands, and digital product sellers how to set up and use Pinterest as a traffic and monetization platform.

TPM was created by Pinterest strategists Emily Parsons and Brianne Galloway and includes video trainings, templates, examples, and strategic guidance related to Pinterest setup, content creation, SEO, analytics, and traffic strategy.

The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the sales page and Program Outline and understand what is included and what is not included in the Program. No guarantees of specific results are made.

Let’s Get Social Agency reserves the right to remove any Client from the Program or community spaces if the Client is disruptive, abusive, defamatory, or negatively impacts the experience of others. Removal may occur without refund.
2. PAYMENT TERMS

The total cost of The Pin Method is two hundred ninety-seven U.S. dollars ($297 USD).

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
No payment plans are offered. -
By completing the purchase, the Client authorizes Let’s Get Social Agency (or its third-party payment processor) to charge the payment method provided.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. REFUND POLICY
-
Due to the digital nature of the Program and immediate access to materials, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Let’s Get Social Agency does not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, lack of results, failure to implement, or change of circumstances.

The Client is encouraged to review all Program information carefully before purchasing.
4. PROGRAM ACCESS
-
Upon purchase, the Client is granted access to The Pin Method through Let’s Get Social Agency’s course platform (currently Kajabi).
-
Program access is provided for as long as the Program is hosted and supported on the current platform.
-
Let’s Get Social Agency reserves the right to modify, update, relocate, or discontinue the Program or hosting platform at any time. If the Program is discontinued, reasonable notice will be provided when possible.

Let’s Get Social Agency is not responsible for loss of access due to outdated email addresses, failure to download materials, or platform changes beyond its control.
5. COMMUNITY ACCESS
-
The Client receives limited-time access to the private TPM Community Forum hosted on Kajabi, as outlined on the sales page (currently 3 months of complimentary access, unless otherwise stated).

Let’s Get Social Agency reserves the right to remove any Client from the community for inappropriate behavior, including harassment, spam, solicitation, or disparaging remarks.

Removal from the community does not entitle the Client to a refund.
6. NON-DISCLOSURE & CONFIDENTIALITY
-
The Client understands that all Program materials are proprietary and confidential.

The Client agrees not to copy, share, distribute, resell, teach, or reproduce any part of the Program materials, whether in whole or in part, without written permission from Let’s Get Social Agency.

Program materials may be used only for the Client’s own business or personal implementation, not as a product, service, or training offered to others.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content provided within The Pin Method—including videos, documents, templates, worksheets, lessons, copy, frameworks, and community content—is the sole intellectual property of Let’s Get Social Agency.

The Client does not acquire ownership rights to any content by purchasing the Program.
-
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
8. TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING USE
-
By participating in the Program or community, the Client grants Let’s Get Social Agency permission to use written, verbal, or posted feedback, comments, or testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes.
-
Testimonials may include the Client’s first name, likeness, or business name unless otherwise requested in writing.
-
No compensation is provided for testimonials.
9. DISCLAIMER & NO GUARANTEES

Let’s Get Social Agency does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to increases in traffic, affiliate sales, revenue, or business growth.

Results vary based on numerous factors including effort, consistency, experience, niche, and market conditions.

All information is provided “as is” for educational purposes only.
10. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Client understands they are voluntarily participating in The Pin Method and assume full responsibility for their decisions, actions, and results.

Let’s Get Social Agency is not responsible for business losses, financial outcomes, or any perceived negative effects related to participation in the Program.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Get Social Agency, its owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from the Client’s use or misuse of the Program.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Let’s Get Social Agency is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
