Terms of Service for The VA School

By clicking the “Complete My Purchase” button and enrolling in The VA School (the “Program”), offered by Let’s Get Social Agency, LLC (“LGS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not complete your purchase.

1. Program Overview

The VA School (“Program”) is an online training designed to teach individuals how to launch and grow a profitable virtual assistant business.

Enrollment includes:

  • Core Curriculum: Training modules covering business setup, service packaging, client acquisition, marketing, and systems/automations.

  • Electives: Bonus access to Pinterest Marketing for VAs and Email Marketing for VAs for the same twelve (12) month access period.

  • Community Support: Access to private community spaces as designated by LGS.

2. Access to Program

  • Duration of Access: Enrollment grants you twelve (12) months of access to the Program materials and electives, beginning on the date of purchase. After twelve months, access expires automatically. Lifetime access is not included.

  • Delivery of Materials: Program materials are delivered electronically via third-party platforms (e.g., Kajabi). You are responsible for maintaining necessary technology and internet access.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Options: You may pay in full at purchase or through an authorized installment plan.

  • Payment Obligation: If using a payment plan, you are contractually obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of satisfaction or completion of the Program.

  • Non-Payment: Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access with no refund.

4. Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Refund Window: Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of purchase. After thirty (30) days, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

  • Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a refund, you must demonstrate active participation by submitting all of the following:

    • A completed list of your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Goals.

    • A completed Offer Worksheet.

    • Calculations of your hourly rate and three-tier package pricing using the Profitable Packages Formula.

    • A screenshot of at least one (1) project management system set up.

    • Screenshots of at least 300 outreach attempts (emails, DMs, or Upwork proposals).

  • Deadline: All materials must be received by 11:59 PM EST on the thirtieth (30th) day following purchase. Late or incomplete submissions will not qualify.

  • Processing: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Upon refund, you must immediately cease use of all Program materials and delete any copies.

5. Intellectual Property

All Program content—including but not limited to videos, templates, strategies, worksheets, and downloads—is the exclusive property of LGS and protected by copyright law.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal business use only. You may not copy, share, resell, or distribute Program content without express written permission.

6. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention

You acknowledge that Program strategies and community discussions are proprietary. You agree:

  • Not to disclose, replicate, or exploit confidential information for commercial gain.

  • Not to use Program content to create competing programs, trainings, or services without prior written consent.

7. Community Guidelines

  • Respectful Participation: You agree to engage respectfully within Program communities. Harassment, spamming, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Removal: LGS may revoke your access to communities or the Program for misconduct, with no refund.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantee of Results: LGS does not guarantee specific results, income, or client acquisition. Outcomes depend on your personal effort and external market factors.

  • Educational Purpose Only: Program content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, LGS is not liable for any damages, whether direct or consequential, arising from participation in the Program.

9. Technology Disclaimer

LGS is not responsible for technical issues outside its control, including platform outages (e.g., Kajabi downtime), internet interruptions, or third-party service failures.

10. Force Majeure

LGS is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.

11. Termination of Access

  • By LGS: We may terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, fail to pay, or engage in misconduct. No refund will be provided.

  • By Client: You may withdraw at any time; however, payments remain due and non-refundable (except under the Refund Policy).

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Insert County/State].

  • Attorney’s Fees: In the event LGS must enforce this Agreement, you agree to pay reasonable attorney’s fees and associated costs.

13. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements.

  • Amendments: LGS may amend these Terms at any time. The version in effect at purchase governs your enrollment.

  • Non-Transferability: Enrollment is personal and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred.
