Terms of Service for The VA School (VAS), The Pinterest VA School (TPVAS), and The Email VA School (EMVAS)

By clicking the "Complete My Purchase" button, you (the "Client") acknowledge and agree to purchase one of the programs outlined below (VAS, TPVAS, or EMVAS) from Let’s Get Social Agency ("LGS"). This purchase signifies your voluntary acceptance of the Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") contained herein, including the refund policy, outlined for your understanding.


1. Program Overview

The Client is purchasing access to one of the following programs:

  • The VA School (VAS): A comprehensive online course designed to teach individuals how to build and scale a successful virtual assistant business.

  • The Pinterest VA School (TPVAS): A specialized course focused on mastering Pinterest marketing for virtual assistants.

  • The Email VA School (EMVAS): A course dedicated to teaching virtual assistants how to grow businesses through email marketing.

Note: By completing this purchase, the Client understands they are accessing the training and materials specific to the program they selected.


2. Program Outline

  • Access: Upon purchase, the Client will receive access to all modules, resources, and materials related to the selected program. Clients can complete the program at their own pace.

  • Intellectual Property: All content, materials, templates, videos, and documents are the exclusive property of Let’s Get Social Agency and are protected by copyright law. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials outside of the agreed usage for their personal business purposes.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment Options: Clients can choose to pay upfront or via installment plans, where applicable. Payment will be processed via the checkout page or a third-party payment processor chosen by LGS.

  • Payment Responsibility: Clients are responsible for full payment of the program fee, regardless of whether they complete the program, are satisfied with the content, or achieve desired results.

  • Non-Refundable After 30 Days: Clients understand that all payments made are non-refundable after 30 days from the date of purchase, unless specified in the Refund Policy section below.


4. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund: Clients who decide that the program is not the right fit for them may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of their purchase, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Proof of Work: In order to qualify for a refund, you must submit the following completed coursework:

    • A completed list of your Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Goals.

    • A completed copy of The Offer Worksheet.

    • Calculations of your hourly rate and 3-tier package pricing using our Profitable Packages Formula.

    • A screenshot of one of your project management systems set up.

    • A screenshot of 300 emails, DMs, or Upwork proposals sent to prospective clients or new leads.

  • Deadline for Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted by the 30th day at 11:59 EST, along with the required coursework. Incomplete submissions or requests received after this time will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refund Processing: If a refund is granted, Clients must cease using all program materials immediately. LGS will notify its payment processor to issue a refund, and Clients must delete any copies of the materials.

  • Late Payments: Clients who fail to meet payment deadlines while on a payment plan are still required to complete the full payment, as stipulated in the payment agreement.


5. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

  • Clients acknowledge that all program materials are proprietary and confidential. They agree not to share, copy, or distribute any materials, content, or strategies shared in the program without explicit written permission from Let’s Get Social Agency.


6. Participation Guidelines

  • Voluntary Participation: Participation in the program is entirely voluntary. Clients are solely responsible for the actions taken based on the program's content.

  • Behavioral Expectations: Clients must maintain a respectful and constructive attitude within the private communities associated with the program. Disruptive or derogatory behavior may result in removal from the program with no refund.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • Let’s Get Social Agency does not guarantee specific financial results or success from participation in the program. The Client acknowledges that outcomes will vary based on individual efforts, and LGS is not responsible for any lack of results or negative consequences arising from the Client’s use of the program.

  • The Client agrees that Let’s Get Social Agency is not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial damages resulting directly or indirectly from participation in the program.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

  • The program materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Clients agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or share any content outside of their personal business applications.

  • Any use of program content outside of the Client's business purposes (e.g., selling materials) without LGS’s written permission will constitute a violation of these terms and may lead to legal actions.


9. Termination of Access

  • Access to Materials: Clients will have access to all purchased program materials for as long as the program is offered on the current platform. If the program is discontinued, Clients will be notified, and access to materials will be available for download before access is revoked.

  • Failure to Pay: If payment obligations are not met, Let’s Get Social Agency reserves the right to terminate access to the program without refund.


10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any legal disputes arising from participation in the program will be governed by the laws of the state in which Let’s Get Social Agency is based. Any action taken to resolve a dispute will be done in the jurisdiction of that state.


By completing the purchase of one of the programs, the Client acknowledges and agrees to abide by all terms outlined in this Agreement, including the refund policy, intellectual property rights, and participation guidelines.
